Post-workout Breakfast

I’m currently loving this post-workout breakfast that is easy to make, super nutritious and keeps me full for hours until lunch. It’s the perfect combo of an oat bowl, orange turmeric pressed juice, and of course, espresso! 

The warmed oat bowl contains: 

There’s plenty of calcium in almond milk without the lactose for those who are intolerant, oatmeal provides soluble fiber, the protein powder adds a little extra nutrition, and the dates provide sweetness. 

Orange turmeric juice from Pressed Juicery helps boost the immune system. And needless to say, espresso gives me life!
